Week 23 โ Upper Body โ ๐

Rested well and still a bit congested, but it was a beautiful morning and I wanted to hit upper body at the YMCA:
Pull-ups:
Set 1: 20 lbs x 9 reps
Set 2: 20 lbs x 6 reps
Incline DB Press:
Set 1: 90 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs x 7 reps
Close-Grip Cable Rows:
Set 1: 165 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 165 lbs x 10 reps
Dips:
Set 1: 90 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs x 8 reps
Machine Shoulder Press:
Set 1: 165 lbs x 9 reps
Set 2: 165 lbs x 8 reps
Cable Curls:
Set 1: 130 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 130 lbs x 10 reps
Cable Lateral Raises:
Set 1: 40 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 40 lbs x 10 reps
Skull Crushers:
Set 1: 65 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 65 lbs x 11 reps
Really happy with how my pull-ups are progressing during this cut. Iโll give +25 lbs a shot next week.
Right after the lift, I got 35 minutes on the elliptical in before heading over to the WWA Workshop. Great session and I got a lot of my questions answered.
Tomorrow will be some abs, some cardio, and if the weather cooperates, Iโll take the boys to the basketball court and take them to school on Sunday ๐.
