Week 24 โ Quads โ ๐ฎโ๐จ

Slept horribly, ran out of pre-workout, but still made it to Goldโs for quad day:
Hack Squat:
Set 1: 365 lbs x 6 reps
Set 2: 345 lbs x 7 reps
Leg Extensions:
Set 1: 200 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 200 lbs x 10 reps
Single-Leg Press:
Set 1: 347 lbs x 10 reps/side
Set 2: 347 lbs x 7 reps/side
Leg Press:
Set 1: 707 lbs x 6 reps
Set 2: 707 lbs x 5 reps
Calf Raises:
Set 1: 460 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 460 lbs x 9 reps
Still congested as hell and coughing constantly. I probably wasnโt anyoneโs favorite person in the gym this morning.
Got through it anyway and followed it up with 30 minutes of light elliptical at lunch.
Need to rest hard tonight and pray for a better push day tomorrow. ๐
