Week 24 โ Push โ ๐

Slept better last night. Still congested, but less of a coughing asshole at the gym.
Tried to push the congestion out with the following:
Incline Smith Press:
Set 1: 180 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 180 lbs x 6 reps
Dips:
Set 1: 90 lbs x 9 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs x 8 reps
Shoulder Press:
Set 1: 90 lbs/side x 10 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs/side x 7 reps
Pec Deck:
Set 1: 250 lbs x 9 reps
Set 2: 235 lbs x 7 reps
Rope Pushdown:
Set 1: 110 lbs x 9 reps
Set 2: 110 lbs x 8 reps
Cable Lateral Raises:
Set 1: 40 lbs x 12 reps/side
Set 2: 40 lbs x 12 reps/side
Skull Crushers:
Set 1: 65 lbs x 14 reps
Set 2: 65 lbs x 12 reps
Not my best push day, but Iโll blame that on the chest congestion.
Followed it up with 35 minutes on the elliptical at lunch.
More rest and pills tonight, and I think Iโll be back to myself tomorrow.
