Week 24 β Pull β π

Still feeling pretty run down this morning. Really had to drag myself through this one, but I got the pull session done:
Pull-ups:
Set 1: +20 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: +20 lbs x 6 reps
Set 3: BW x 7 reps
Chest-Supported T-Bar Rows:
Set 1: 135 lbs x 7 reps
Set 2: 125 lbs x 8 reps
Low Rows:
Set 1: 150 lbs x 10 reps/side
Set 2: 150 lbs x 10 reps/side
Face Pulls:
Set 1: 90 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs x 12 reps
Chin-ups:
Set 1: BW x 10 reps
Set 2: BW x 6 reps
Reverse Pec Deck:
Set 1: 145 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 135 lbs x 9 reps
Cable Curls:
Set 1: 130 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 130 lbs x 8 reps
Shrugs:
Set 1: 80 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 85 lbs x 10 reps
Back felt good, but I just couldnβt shake the fatigue.
Ended up skipping the elliptical today. Figured getting home and resting was a better use of my energy.
Going to take it easy tonight and hope Friday Brock shows up tomorrow.
