Week 24 β Posterior Chain β π€

Finally feeling better. The extra rest seems to have done the trick.
Made it to Goldβs this morning for some posterior chain work:
Trap Bar Deadlift:
Set 1: 350 lbs x 6 reps
Set 2: 325 lbs x 8 reps
Seated Leg Curls:
Set 1: 150 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 150 lbs x 8 reps
Hip Thrusts (plate-loaded):
Set 1: 190 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 190 lbs x 11 reps
Calf Raises:
Set 1: 460 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 460 lbs x 12 reps
Standing Single-Leg Curls:
Set 1: 65 lbs x 10 reps/side
Set 2: 65 lbs x 8 reps/side
Not amazing numbers on paper, but everything felt strong. Still dealing with a bit of congestion and lingering fatigue, though Iβm definitely on the right side of it now.
Lunchtime was a solid 40 minutes on the elliptical at Zone 2 pace. Hopefully sweated out the last of this cold.
Big grocery run tonight. Looks like itβs going to be a rainy weekend.
Going to rest up and do everything in my power to hang on to the muscle Iβve built.
Upper body tomorrow. Might get dumb and strap on 25 lbs for pull-ups.
