Brock switch 2

I repeat, we are soooo back.

Had a relaxing Father’s Day yesterday. The kids surprised me with a Switch 2, which definitely was also for them.

Woke up this morning feeling great. The coughing has mostly settled down and my energy levels were finally back where they should be for quad day at Gold’s:

Hack Squats:
Set 1: 365 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 345 lbs x 8 reps

Leg Extensions:
Set 1: 210 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 210 lbs x 9 reps

Single-Leg Press:
Set 1: 347 lbs x 10 reps/side
Set 2: 347 lbs x 10 reps/side

Leg Press:
Set 1: 707 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 707 lbs x 7 reps

Calf Raises:
Set 1: 460 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 460 lbs x 11 reps

Walking Lunges:
Set 1: 25 lbs/hand x 55 ft × 2
Set 2: 25 lbs/hand x 55 ft × 2

Overall, a great session. Quads were pumped, veiny, and felt strong throughout.

I even had enough fuel left in the tank for 45 minutes on the elliptical at lunch.
