Week 25 – Push – 🏫

It’s wild to think that today is the last day of school for the boys. I guess traffic to work should improve a little.
Slept hard and woke up ready for my favorite day: push day.
Incline Smith Press:
Set 1: 185 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 185 lbs x 7 reps
Dips:
Set 1: 90 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs x 6 reps
Seated Shoulder Press:
Set 1: 100 lbs/side x 7 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs/side x 7 reps
Pec Deck:
Set 1: 250 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 250 lbs x 8 reps
Cable Lateral Raises:
Set 1: 40 lbs x 14 reps
Set 2: 40 lbs x 12 reps
Rope Pushdowns:
Set 1: 110 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 110 lbs x 8 reps
Skull Crushers:
Set 1: 75 lbs x 9 reps
Set 2: 75 lbs x 8 reps
Chest felt really strong today. The incline smith press continues to be one of my favorite movements this prep.
Got in 45 minutes on the elliptical at lunch, as is tradition.
