Well rested, looking for a PR and got it this morning at Gold’s:
Trapbar Deadlift:
Set 1: 355 lbs x 7 reps
Set 2: 355 lbs x 6 reps
Hip Thrust (Plate loaded):
Set 1: 200 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 200 lbs x 8 reps
Seated Leg Curl:
Set 1: 150 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 120 lbs x 9 reps (slow squeeze)
Calf Raises:
Set 1: 460 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 460 lbs x 11 reps
Prone Single Leg Curl:
Set 1: 75 lbs x 9 reps/side
Set 2: 70 lbs x 10 reps/side
Walking Lunges:
Set 1: 27.5 lbs/hand x 55’ x 2
Set 2: 27.5 lbs/hand x 55’ x 2
Deadhangs:
Set 1: BW x 55secs
Set 2: BW x 40secs
Great lift. Summer Friday hours at work. Gonna head home early and take the kids out for a hike and a little Pétanque. Great way to spend a summer Friday afternoon.
